Message	No emmisions testing (except in St.Louis), no crazy "any mod is an offense" rules, no noise laws for cars, as long as you are not running open headers - they could care less about your exhaust. HPD is about the only ones that try an enforce the no tint darker than 35% law - and I have only been warned about it once in 3 years. HPD is also the only ones that try and enforce the front license plate law and again I have only been warned about it twice in 5 years. I actually left my resonated test pipes in for my last inspection and they did not ever notice. We have it pretty good in that respect.
